Jeff Hickcox
In 2001, Jeff had a vision of creating a garage organization company. He not only wanted to organize the typical cluttered garage but create amazing spaces that homeowners would be proud of as they pull into their garages everyday. It wasn’t a popular endeavor at the time but he definitely made a name for himself, especially in and around Cincinnati. As a result of his impeccable finish carpentry, wood working and cabinetry, he quickly became known as The Garage Guy.
Although Jeff’s creative talents have landed him incredible projects far beyond the garage, we continue to honor the roots of the company by keeping the original name.
Since the early days of The Garage Guy [Manufactory], Jeff has perfected and expanded his mastery in other creative spaces, such as custom furniture, architectural millwork, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
SALES & MARKETING
Shannon Hickcox
While Shannon has been serving behind the scenes in a part-time capacity since 2001, she didn’t officially join the The Garage Guy [Manufactory] full-time until January 2025.
With the majority of her professional background in sales & marketing, as well as operating her own photography business during those years, she balances Jeff’s creative talents with structure and organization.
